Thanks for the feedback. We have an infection game mode now where you become a zombie. We have a co-op survival (like our sp survival) that we are working on and will add in the future.

Are you using windows or linux? If its windows and build 1.0.5 then click the bat file found in the main fokder it should load fine for you.

We are currently upgrading the engine with many new features We will make an anouncement once it's finished.
We have made some adjustments to bring it closer to linux but having someone that uses that OS to help would be great. Send me a PM if you can I'll get you all the updated info we have for a linux build to see if it will help you.

The zombies or bots or players?
Yeah its a random bug that happens some times we are working on correcting it. You can do as Donnelly suggested or in options you can reset to default that should help too.
Sorry for the late reply the game is out was officially launched Oct 31st. That is the old grenade launcher.
We are still alive! We have been working hard on Broken Shield, we have picked up a few mappers, we have a few working on storylines/quest as well as our coders working on our features.

It still is under the tab option to bring it up that way as well.
I may see if we can put an on/off in the options box. We got some really good feed back from a lot of testers saying its a lot easier to know whos on whos team in things like capture the flag and team games.

We are very happy to announce our first official beta! We have come along way with Revelade Revolution and we are very pleased with its current state. We will be uploading the new beta version with in the next few day we will announce once its live.
We have also added a few more servers which brings our total server count to 5 each being able to host 24 players on each. Which is makes for a total of 120 players, not bad for an indie game developer huh?
Here are some of the changes:
Added bot naming
Infected players have zombie models and icons.
Added incinerated and fell suicide messages.
Renamed machine gun to assault rifle.
Lowered damage for both assault rifle fire modes to €.
Bumped protocol version (260 -> 261).
Added range base damage calculation.
Added displaying teammates’ classes and name below the radar, toggled
via hudplayers.
Added coop survival mode (finally).
Did some cleaning.

No, we ended up using the defualt cube engine for the game instead. The hud is built in lua scripting, you have to hold down the right mouse and drag it to move it.
It wont accidently move, I've tried =)
Our unoffical patch is up now, it fixes some of the texture issues as well as adds a new map. We also made some adjustments to the weapons and skins on them.
We will be having an ingame event in the next few weeks. We are hoping to have a big turn out so if you know anyone that may like the game have them head over to our site and register on the fourms.

So then I guess We're getting an new rocket launcher? I'll double check the license on it when I can. We have been replacing anything that says it cant be used in other games. Ill take a look and see if this is one of them, if so it will be replaced before official release.
Most of the defualt Cube 2 models are still in game. We have a modeler who is currently working on new models for us. But We love the HL1 it will more then likely stay.

We've just updated the game, fixed some bugs as well. Improved the licensing a bit, next version will have a Read Me including a list of all the licensing from every texture and model in the game. Anything that isnt licensed will be removed.
What was added:
Added secondary wep features as talked about in the node.
Added Rifle secondary infered vision to see where players/bots or zombies are for a short time.
Various bug fixes.

Yup, game is up and running. We have two test servers up and running now. Shortly, we will get our master server up so players can host their own games if they'd like to.
Yep it is. The idea is to have four categories, for example the caster class will have air,fire,water and earth spells. The more you train in a tree the stronger the spell gets.
Fire spells burn things
Water spells slow things
Air does pushback
Earth is normal damage
The other classes I'm still working on.

Those were the default requirements for the engine itself. We have improved and added many new features as well as better graphics but this will be a good base to start with.
Also, under options you can find tune almost every setting in the game to make it work better for your system.
Yes we are but its only the base we are gonna be adding a lot to it. Many features We've created for Revelade Revolution will be going in to it and more.
