ooooo this one looks absolutely amazing

Hey, is this still being developed and if it is what generation of pokemon is it at now? And will it be/is it impossible to get mythical pokemon like mew since they dont naturally appear in the normal games or do they here? And lastly is it multiplayer or can it be played without wifi? (i dont have wifi so that question is important) and sorry for all the questioning but this game looks amazing
