What's all this I hear about the final game only allowing saving on exit? Regardless of any perceived notion of it being 'hardcore', people need the option to save when they want to. What if the game crashes?

First of all, the word is 'desensitizing', and secondly, that's not what this mod is doing at all. Read the Escapist interview. It isn't justifying it or desensitizing kids to it.

It's tough if it offends you, but that's not going to stop it being made. Furthermore, your claim that the defenders should "hit puberty" are slightly hypocritical, since you have the command of grammar and cogent reasoning of a 10 year-old.

The escapist forum comments seem to sum up how utterly stubborn most people are: "His arguments and responses are sound but creating such a mod are just wrong. Horribly wrong."

It's as much a Fallout game, but it shouldn't have been portrayed as a sequel to the last two games. It should have been shown as a spin-off, like Tactics. So yes, I agree with you!

Good, it should help in introducing people to the actual series.

This is why I mourn the death of classic Fallout.
