Any plan on making the mod multi-platform or will be kept windows only?
I had this same error when using Kommendant's Low Definition Pack, more specific in the last map. Try uninstalling the pack and see if works.
If I remember correctly this problem is caused by the Source SDK 2007, for some reason Valve forgot to include the Episode 2 assets in the SDK. The only work around I know is to create a "ep2" folder inside the SDK 2007 and extract all the content from Episode 2 vpk files inside the folder you created.
I liked the voice acting in the video, the Duke's tone fits with the darker atmosphere of the 2001 build.
Ironic seeing a parasite being infected with another parasite.
Strangely the design looks like the Shriekers from Tremors and I like it's design.

I noticed that the MP5 isn't included in this one.
Issues I found so far. (Poke646: finished, Vendetta: finished)
Shared Issues:
Crossbow scope sprite disappear during level changes or reloading saves after death.
Sprite: no pSprite!!!
Poke646 Issues:
The ammo meter on the weapon selector shows always full with both Nailguns.
Poke646 Vendetta Issues:
The tripod turrent doesn't make sound when firing.
SV StartSound: weapons/hks1.wav not precached (0)
SV StartSound: weapons/hks2.wav not precached (0)
[Issues/Linux]
Issue: In the first encounter with Gordon Freeman the game crashes with a message that that "gordon.mdl" is missing.
Fix: Extract the "freemam.mdl" from the pak0, rename to "gordon.mdl" and place in the "models" folder.
Issue: After the fight with the vortigaunts that you use a machine-gun if you try to climb the ladder again the game freeze and crash.
Workaround: Let the vortigaunts destroy at least one of the glass protections so you can jump off.
Issue: Kate's Medikit doesn't heal her, only plays a "denied" sound.
Fix: None. Don't let she engage in combat.

I just wanted to know because I have an old version of you pack, the one I have only contains about half of the fixes in this one.
The one that make the worldmodel clip or float depending the side is facing the ground.
One question, the bug with SMG1 worldmodel has been fixed?
A little question, the mod have linux support (binaries)?

Awesome, I'm excited to see your recreation of the other forms, in special the alligator-like form.
Do you want to use my textures? I made for a mod but i put on hold because i don't have time to work on it. They aren't something original, in fact one of them is just the arctic avenger head texture modified to fit on male assassin head.
Your mod looks great, so i've been thinking in some interesting ideas to suggest.
First; Give the pistol a silencer and modify the code to make it don't bring attention to the player, like the crossbow.
Second; Add the knife from Opposing Force and give it a stab attack (as a secondary attack) to kill human enemies instantly from behind.
I also have some custom head textures for the male assassin, I think you can make some head variations with those textures.
I liked your work, but can you include the glock as a alternative to the beretta?
I worked on the LD pack for Decay.
Not now, but maybe in the next weekend i'll work to make Echoes LD Pack and i'll ask to MrGnang if i can release the pack here.
