I didn't call it a roguelike because I don't want people to expect Crawl or Nethack-

Cardinal Quest is a very different game, it's meant to be easy to jump into and start playing immediately - it's not supposed to be long or complex. If anything it is more inspired by desktop dungeons than by nethack.

So if you want a traditional roguelike-experience you will not get it here (because that's not the kind of game I wanted to make)!

Is that Air 2.6? you can get air 2.6 for linux at Kb2.adobe.com and install it on 64 bit systems as described at Jamesward.com

No, you can play Classic on kongregate - however if you got the game during the free-day promotion you can get it here too!

I used to do that, but in flash 10 you can't prevent Esc from coming out of full-screen mode and with flash 9 you don't get GPU acceleration. Maybe f11 has it fixed...
