The USMC is an entirely different case from the Stormtroopers of the Galactic Empire.

They probably sucked if you compare them with the Serbian armed forces.
From my point of view, they're stunningly similar. In both Iraq and Afghanistan, they've managed to really pi$$ off the civilian population, not to mention the enormous amount of civilian casualties that have been inflicted by the USMC.
I don't want to know. :P
Lolz, USMC oorah. But I do agree, just because they couldn't aim in the films for peanuts doesn't mean that for the rest of the canon they're all a bunch of mindless zombies. (Or Marines as the case may be.)
Actaully, the USMC and SC are very similar in the sense they are an independant unit that helps the regular army which was milllions of times larger then the SC.
Yeah, Stormtroopers were supposed to be the "elite" units, ROFL.
Sure Storm troopers can hit their enemies as long as it's just some Rebel soldiers and not the main characters.
