What to comment? Formation attack has been completely reworked. Now units prefer keeping formation to making chaotic attacks. Battlefield is thus more organized. Also aging of corpses was added so that after some time a corpse changes to a skeleton and then disappears from the battlefield.

New AI for making group attack maneuvers. 2 new videos showing this new type of maneuver. Watch now!

New update finished: "group attack mauver". Group of units goes forward and attacks everyone on the way.

We made unit listing on the left of the screen. Buttons were postponed and will be implemented in the next iteration. AI is the most interesting part, I love to develop that. The progress in AI is not so visible but very important...

Under development now: buttons to control units not only by keyboard and opponent's AI. We also plan to improve maneuvers by supporting various formations...

Although I consider Windows not be a friendly programming platform it is an important gaming platform. That is why I converted Decisive Battle to Windows. It consumed quite considerable effort. Eventually the Windows version runs on top of Cygwin, namely the server part. The player will interact through the web browser in which the client runs. So, go to "files" download the package and try it. As always, feedback and comments are welcome.

New version, off-line playable demo has been posted. Look at that and please any feedback is welcome.

I will be happy if someone tries the demo. Feedback is always welcome. Hope next few days to be lucky and have time to convert the demo under Windows.

New version with a very responsive user interface is finished. Unfortunately the game is not running on-line now. Preparing offline version for download.

Build {115} is on-line. Computer now plays little bit for the opponent. It just retreats now but it is better than nothing. At least we implemented control mechanism of for the opponent which now allows to plug a more intelligent behavior after we make some...
