When you brighten/saturate the photo (I suggest sharpening it too) You can see a CD on ballon boys head. Except, it's not Balloon boy. Look at the line going down the middle. Specifically the hat. You can clearly see the left is pink, while right is blue. Now look at the center of the hat. There are two crunched looking spaces, meaning the two heads were smashed together. And one final thing, you know that little CD and the spots I just pointed out? Look between them. If it's not obvious, you can clearly see the word "Joy". So I propose that this JJ/Balloon Girl is named Joy.
