It's because it's in russian, and your pc can't read that language. ;) The fix would bee to edit all the "russian" files, to a pc read able language. (Wich i did)

Might not help much, unless you are a modder?

I've always used MoW until recently, never experienced a crash in MoW AS2 so far cause of my detail.. d:
