Yes it shares alot of common elements like the atmosphere, the cameras and the style of gameplay.
We tried to improve some elements to make the gameplay a little bit smoother, for example we incorporated the inventory in the main game instead of having to enter a separate screen like in Resident Evil. You will be able to see this in the next wave of photos we will publish soon. Also we are aiming to have both tank style and free style controls so you can choose whatever you like.
This specifically was made by another concept artist than the others.That's why it looks somewhat different.
The game will definitely have multiplayer. We are still early on development so the details are still wip.
The game has definitely been influenced by the original C&C but we are adding new elements and games mechanics because we don't want to create just a C&C clone. We will reveal more of our plans later during development.

For the rifle soldier since he is the weakest unit will probably come in a squad of 3-5 soldiers.For the Mobile Assault and Heavy Duty soldiers it has not be determined yet.I guess after we make a few tests we will see what is better.

Each Faction will have around 10-15 units (from infantry units to big heavier units) plus a few special attack abilities.
ECF will rely more on long range combat with smaller numbers while the Manticores will rely more on their huge numbers since they have more melee units than long range.This will make them to have to come closer to the enemy in order to destroy him and thats why they need bigger numbers to have a better balance in the game.

Although the game has clearly sci-fi elements we want to keep the units (tanks,infantry) as much to reality as possible while at the same time injecting some of them with the necessary sci-fi upgrades needed.But it's hard to determine how much sci-fi is too much and we are very careful not to turn our units into something that would look completely unreal in the near future...
Although it's still early, the plan right now is to have a one time purchase fee.
It's still a bit early for that.But when the time comes and we are in need of testers we will make an announcement.
We have a ton of designs and info that we would like to share.We are already preparing our next update with more units to reveal.

Our initial plan is for windows. When we get further into development we have a few more platforms up for consideration so everything is up on the air at the moment.

Yes, a lot of vehicles are from united states but the main battle tank is German and we have another tank that is Chinese. Also we have some futuristic vehicles that are supposedly made in Japan. So we try to bring as much variation as possible.
The game indeed will have a C&C feeling to it. But our plan is not just to copy a great game. We are planning to have mechanics in the game that will go past the traditional C&C gameplay. And the 2 factions will have completely different style of play. Hopefully will be able to reveal more as the time go by.
