Consider giving 3rd party download managers a try? (IDM)
Provides direct download with speed limiter , resume capability and faster than torrent.

I commented on your mod sheerly from the screens and wall of text provided.
As such it interprets that the mod is based on next gen graphics. But screens don't suggest the same.
You should instead take my feedback in consideration and tell about what the mod is exactly about.
All it says that the mod provides graphics that were not possible for a game made so much long ago.
