Sorry to say this but i've tried a few times downloading all parts and it still it fails on setup exe and i could not download the old version either.
Also the English patch won't download to keep getting virus alert even with the virus program off, it just won't download.
What exactly kind of errors do you get?
Also which operating system do you use?
STALKER is known to have issues on Windows 10 as it blocks setup files it thinks are a risk.
Last question, which browser do you use to download these as well?
the file worked from the link you passed on earlier i'm setup running i have played a similar mod game like this though it had a different name and graphic artwork same story i didn't like it that one much, i'll give this one a go.
I'm still on win 7/640gtx graphics/8 ram/google.
After unzipping both parts and in the unzipped file i get olr25_disk2.pak and OLR25_fixx17_setup
Assuming it does an auto install i click on the setup and on clicking that i get an error message saying where the stalker folder/LOR is and is not a win32 valid application.
As said earlier when unzipping pt2 and the unpacking load screen green line goes to full and stay there like it's waiting to finish and it's still there after many minutes.
I have tried downloading through IE browser i get a download error message as i click the download button.
It sounds like you are running Windows 7 32bit, please reinstall to 64bit since the setup file is 64bit requirement and cannot run on 32bit computers.

I downloaded STALKER_Lost_Oblivion_Remake pt's 1&2 though pt2 seems stuck in download it looks done but when unzip the setup won't work any ideas.
It could be corrupted during your download, I have redownloaded it twice and it seems to work fine for me.
I have it also on Mega Upload so if you just want to download the entire thing in one go here you go:
