To run Control Center:
- Create a shortcut from RA3.exe.
- Right click on new shortcut. Choose "Properties".
- In "Target" field add '-ui'.
Ex:

Target: "C:\Program Files\EA\Red Alert 3\RA3.exe" -ui

- OK

Note: Have a space between "C:\Program Files\EA\Red Alert 3\RA3.exe" and '-ui'

Here are some bugs i was found:

● Yuriko can't fire neutral and civilian structure when inside Apocolypse tank. Some time game crashed.
● When Twin Blade die, units were saved, but they (no amphibious units) can be saved even on water and immobile.
● When Natasha inside Apocolypse tank fire by lazer beem, game is crashed.
● Apocolypse tank can't fire on ground with Spy inside. And hard to fire on enemy structure.

Bugs Unit Limit:

● I can buy more than limit unit.
- Commando: 2 -> 6.
- Gunship: 6 -> 10.
- Yoshiro Mecha: 4 -> 8.
- Apocolypse tank: 6 -> 10.
- Giga Fortress Core: 3 -> 7. But when unful i have 3 Giga Fortress @@ (lost 4).
This bugs appear when i combine "Shift" key and " Left Click".
