I am from Poland and I can assure you that it is legal to have a game with swastikas and other Nazi symbols - as long as it does not "promote or endorse Nazism". I suppose killing Nazis is not much of an endorsement...
Ironically, the picture for the "European" version has two swastikas visible in the background. False advertising! :P
Another case in point, there is a game called Saboteur which features Nazi symbols prominently and it was not banned or censored in most European countries.
Anyways, great job with the remake!
