It only works with the steam version, can't even change it back to old eaw because of heavy modification I did to the mod structure which only works with the steam version and the same goes for the shaders.

It does not for me and I have developed it with windows 10. Did you use the Steam Version of EAW?

Jeroen, thanks for that and nice to know. I've got most of my advanced ship models from Battlefront Commander. Will update the Credits.

I only added one .meg File and that is my AI. Which does not change anything for SurfaceFX.xml and manual mod installation also does not change anything in it.

Yes it is in the mod files, but never touched it and also would know if a game crashing would be there. Did you install the mod correctly? With the help of the ReadME?

This mod only works with Steam or GoG version. Disc has not been updated to the newest version like on steam. So also not sure about the gog version.

Which Version of EAW are you playing? Steam, GoG or Disc?

Because I didn't add one. If you want to create one, add these lines to it:

echo off
swfoc MODPATH=Mods\swsfawse

Save it and then execute the .bat file.

Did you copy it correctly into the Mods Directory and added the launch options which are needed? Which is also mentioned in the readme.

In this case: swfoc MODPATH=Mods/swsfawse

Tried my best, but with the current Shaders and some other stuff, it is not really possible to port it back to the old version of EAW:FOC.

If you want to play the old version, which works with the CD Version. Just try this: Moddb.com

While doing a conversion of the new one, which is not really promoted here.

The one from Spinobreaker is a discontinued version. Warfleet, well it looks like they started with BSG and Star Wars. I started my second Silver Edition with Star Wars and Star Trek.

I also know, the one from Spinobreaker is mostly only for Spaceunits. Not sure about Warfleet, but I also have ground units, not from Star Trek currently, but for the more Modules which are coming again to my Mod here.

So the Disk Version, then this mod does not work for that. Thaks for some updates from Petroglyph to the game, they remade some stuff, like shaders and fixed/broken some stuff. It should work with the version bought via Steam. Not sure about the Gog.com version.

Which Version of EAW do you have? Gog? Steam? Disk?

Because, currently I only add the content of the Universes. That is easier done than adding new Factions. Because that is a horrible mess in the game.

One wrong thing and the whole what is neutral and what is not system goes haywire.

Did you put the Mod into the Mods folder of eaw:foc? And the .bat into the folder where the .exe file of FOC is? Then it should work.

Also there is a ReadMe attached to the Mod, just in case you didn't saw that

The AI is something I can't fix. In my old version I copied the AI from SWEAW without FOC, but that doesn't work on the steam version anymore.

The other Factions will be back and the map will grow with the new ones, so it just takes some time.

Yeah the AI has a big problem and if you try to mod it its only makeing it worse, not sure what should be done to fix this, but petroglyph has to invest some time into it to fix it. Same for modding of it.

You need to remove the Shaders folder in Data/art or if its missing, you need the Shaders folder from the newest version.

Could be the hundreds of hardpoints/strobes which are still on the model.
