actually, it is made after a concept from WH age of reconing...
I usually avoid something like this, but A friend doing the Warhammer Mod for CIV actually precisely asked me to create it according to that concept. (He wanted me to create several Dark Elf units we could use for WHFB and FfH)

To make it clear:
Altermann is not the developer.

This mod is far more than what is stated here.

2 years of constant developement and uncounted hours of free time labour of a 13 man team and some thousands of wonderful community members helped to create what I would call the deepest strategy game to my knowledge.
