Awesome game for sure! Tho I am not that far into it yet, it's pure fun. Loving the style, the mechanics and runs pretty smooth even on my old PC :) Thanks for this little gem devs, amazing job there!

Was that constant string a design choice? Reminds me a lot of those hand puppets long long time ago. Those where you had to pull the string to make them move...kinda irritating to see this in a game tho. Played the demo and it sure was nice, loving the artstyle except those strings....looking so weird, no idea why it is annoying me that much lol :) Anyways a very nice looking game and I may will get it some day. Good job so far :)
Just a quick question here :) Any rough idea of the approx. game length yet? :) I am just curious as I totally adore the pre-alpha so far (which is way too short :P). Some issues here and there (characters seem to keep running without pressing a button sometimes, rough animations, getting stuck somteimes etc..pp. ) but still it already catches a pretty unique atmosphere! Really liking the game so far.
Oh and by the way, was it meant to be possible to solve the lever puzzle (to get to the amulet) without even having to press those? :) It's quite possible to do the first four jumps without moving the platforms :o
All in all I am really excited to see more in the future :) Good job so far, keep going! o/
Oh thank you, just was going to bring that issue up, no more need to I guess :) Same here with the 360 and an old speedlink gamepad, also running the game on Win 7 64bit. It even made a pretty early jump impossible to do with the stick xD Kinda used the D-pad after (shouldn't be a solution ofc) and at least it seemed to somewhat work. Anyways, thanks for adressing, just was about to do the same.

I almost couldn't believe it but yes, it seemed to be avast! causing the troubles during the installation. Game runs fine as long as it's deactivated. I recently purchased "Bernie" and I've been excited to play this sweet looking game. Unfortunately the installation seems to occur a MCF install error (pretty much tried everything, reinstalling, forced Desura update etc...) Nothing seemed to work, so I tried to download the full installer here. But as it seems after the installation there's no .exe within the destination folder. I got a shortcut on the desktop but the exe couldn't be found. (Tried to search for manually but without any luck).
Any ideas/suggestions please? :) I'd love to play this little charm! Thanks in advance o/

I just purchased it and well...you literally just start running, the game throws you right into the first level as soon as you press the "PLAY" button ingame. If there is any story you probly gotta reveal it during the playthrough. But as I am only in level 2 (I guess at least, hard to tell...) I can't be 100% sure bout that.
Hey there guys, first at all, I have to say, this game seems to be amazingly good! :) No idea how I could totally miss it so far doh. Anyways...I got a strange bug? and I wonder if some one may could help me out there? From time to time it happens that the screen goes black for no obvious reason. I can fix it by pressing ESC once+returning to game but as it happens like every 2-x minutes it's quite errr...annoying to say :) Any ideas what could cause this? Integraded gfx chip maybe? Or maybe some one had a similar issue and was able to fix it somehow? I'd kindly appreciate any hints/ideas there, tyvm!
Just finished the game, really got entertained but I really wished it was longer :) I was somewhat disappointed when I got to the end. Of course, there's somewhat of a replay value (time, cogs, score etc...) but still... :) Sure love the gfx style, the sounds and the sense of humour. All those messages were really fun to read. Any plans for further content, in whatever way to purchase? :) And yeah of course, the price is pretty low so don't see this as any critics. It's just with such games I really enjoy/like...they could go on forever =)
Game sure is great, tho I didn't play the 2nd episode yet. But I am sure it's just as good as the first one was, which kinda left me behind speechless tbh. Still a bit sad, the german subs/translation didn't/wont make it into the other episodes as the first one was really smoothly done imo. But oh well, can't have everything I guess. Despite that fact Cognition sure is one of the best crime adventures I ever played so far, hopes are high for the following episodes. Keep it up guys/gals o/

Weird...I loved to play the original Sonic games, passed any of the 3D ones, just couldn't get into those but I instantly fell in love with this one. Tho I am not far into the game yet I had lots of fun already, it's just charming all way long. Can't say much bout the difficulty so far yet of course but what really really surprised me was the controlling with a keyboard (as I am not thaaaaaaaat much a fan of controllers). No idea how you managed those to be smooth as silk even with a keyboard but lemme say thanks for that, I couldn't figure any problems with the controlling so far...sure one of the most charming picks for a low price lately. Keep going o/
Nice little gem there, utterly beautiful designed, some minor bugs now and then (at least for me) but nothing worth to mention really. Very charming game I gotta say. I just couldn't stop playing and I was really disappointed when it ended but that what makes it a good game for me. Well worth the money imho if you are into such kind of games. Really looking forward to chapter 2, good job guys :) Oh and congratulations, I've probly NEVER seen a "game over" screen in a game after being 2 minutes into it hah :)
Hey guys :) As I played the demo yesterday it convinced me in an instant, reminds me much of the oh so famous butterfly effect, the artstyle is amazing and as far as I know pretty much unique. At least I can't remember I would have stumbled into something similar yet, sweet job! One question tho...mind if I try to sync the game with some friends on YT? Sure would take a while as I would have to gather em around, waiting for their lines to be recorded etc...but hm yeah...I'd love to give it a shot :) No idea if it would even work out tho but at least I'd really like to do at least one episode (maybe only as far as the demo leads) to show the game or w/e.

Phew...I really don't know what to say about Paranormal. I didn't really hear anything about til yesterday and after watching the screens/trailer(s) I decided to purchase it as I was really curious about. To be honest I didn't expect too much as there are tons of horror games out there promising a scary gameplay but damn I sure didn't expect THAT to happen. I can't remember any game haunting me that much after I quit it. Shivers down my spine for sure brrr....to keep a long story short, chapeau young sir, chapeau. Amazing voice (acting) btw :o
Tho I can't imagine how you plan to add more content (areas e.g.) I'm very excited to see the future of this very unique little gem :) Hope it's gonna be a bri erm DARK one *rrrrrr* take care \o
Wow, this sure is some amazing little piece of art, kudos devs, kudos! A rather short but very intense trip, loving the design and that deep feeling you are left behind with after "finishing" the game....I bow in awe and thanks for such a sweet gem \o
I bought this one off Steam quite a while ago and what could I say, playtime counter says 35 hours oO The hunting for better times, the perfect flight, the joyful anger when you mess up....damn I loved and still love that piece of art, seriously! Highly recommending and still hoping for a sequel (massive map pack or whatever :P) Those who played the demo: Don't let it fool you, it starts off as easy as it could be but damn those lvls get more and more challenging for sure. I also watched a Let's play after I played it with some crazy guy playing without any checkpoints on his first run, he was quite frustrated some times but he had lotta fun with :)
