Should be the same as steam don't really play on GOG. But go to where you installed the game and extract the mods to the folders it needs to go to.

The two problems i’ve had so far is sometimes loading the game the textures suddenly go missing and i fall through the ground. Secondly (probably my game issue not the mod) crazy fps drops traveling around and during combat audio seems to lag behind catching up a minute or two later.
