It appears no one knows... Even the dev himself...

Look for it on the ground... ;) It's actually really noticable among other papers...

It can be seen later in the game. It's probably "forgotten" on purpose.

Walking around with heavy guns + flashlight kills the framerate of my Nvidia 9800GT. It even overheated three times...

Anyone else found the secret? ;)

This is the third post about my 'Archive' part. I want to know if I am missing something or its a game glitch that prevents me from advancing.
Again: I think I've collected all the required archives for the orange suit guy, there is an elevator with partial activity. I can press the button of the elevator but nothing happens. I can't backtrack either.
Anyone please... I'm desperate!

Cmon guys! I need some help with this Archive section. I think I found them all but nothing happens. There's an elevator that has some activity on it but it doesn't open it's doors. I can't backtrack either... PLEASE! Anyone?!

Maybe try lower resolution...

Go to folder where you have installed the game then go to \base\media folder and delete the two AVI files named "film01.avi" and "intro_xash".
This should work for you.
Or maybe delete the TXT file.
Doing these things will force the game to skip showing those videos and as I expect it will load the main menu directly.

It's probably a video card problem. Maybe drivers. From the looks of it you are playing on a really lo resolution...

I am at the archives searh quest... I think I found them all but nothing happens. :( I even used a cheat to look more deeply but with no results. Ideas?
