I am also having trouble understanding the instructions. I tried to follow but it is not affecting my game. Is there another download I need before this one?

I still cannot get this mod to work. Does this mod require AOK or TC?I am using windows 7 if it matters. I installed the C patch for the conquers. It still crashes after I start a game.
