I don't know how to help you but on window mode you can move the cursor or even in window mode you can't do anything?
Try to use different graphic driver on the launcher, try different screen resolution or use 16 bit mode or bordless screen. If this doesn't seem to fix see the in-game options and remove particles or set them to low values. However sometimes the game crashes because the engine doesn't load properly on some computer with specific requirements. Hope this helps!
you should change the NPC code for make its head moving for adding animations to the model or make the head as a separated bone for add scripts for move it.
Go to "files" section upper then press the file "SCP Containment Breach Removed Content mod 1.0-1 (bugfixed)" and a schedule with location, name and uploader will appear. Press the red button download. Wait the .zip folder is donwloaded then go to "Download" on your computer and extract the .zip foldere where you want with WinRAR or other unzip programs.
Isn't inside the mod for the moment, they didn't added it because is too much overpowered and useless. But maybe its planned for future updates idk.
I'm sure most of the people will get angry or ****** after reading the article which talks about the delay, but honestly this mod seems really good so I prefer this to come out without bugs or annoying MAV but later than now and unplayable, I wish you good luck!

I asked the same question because I wanted to use the new 3D janitor model for my mod and slender13561 (I think it's one of the mod developer) answer me (above the comment section you can see) that the mod stuff can be used, obviously not replace the same textures or re-use all the 3d assets without permission. Here are honest but correct review on your mod:
The mod by itself isn't bad but SCP-714 and a lot of times SCP-939 doesn't show textures and remain white all time. That's all, next time I'll think before writing and again, sorry for everything.

It's 3D world Studio, you can download it from GameBanana or other sites, thought 3D World Studio works only with Windows 7 or XP because the program is too old for newer pc systems. Hope this helps.

Yes, we are waiting like 6-7 years for this mod and I admit that sometimes I lost my hope, but we aren't waiting for a random mod, we aren't waiting for a simple retexture o resound, we are waiting for one of the most revolutionary mod of SCP:CB, imagine how many new functions has been inserted in the game, new enemies and new scps, we can finally shoot to active NPCs and also have the multiplayer mode... It's just a question of days(?) or weeks(?) or months (?), maybe yes or maybe no but I be still here supporting SCP:NTF Mod!
Sorry, the catwalk bug was on version 6.0 forgive me for my mistake, but seriously I cannot use 513 because most of the times when I use it the game freezes and give me a MAV, about 966 room I say the room of the ballon boy, which at 60% of changes it only loads the "hi" or "hello" sound but then the game give a MAV. This are the only bugs I've encountered and I don't think that are the graphics problem because I always play 1920x1080 with my driver graphic and I tried to not use fullscreen. But nothing. However this doens't mean the mod is glitched because they has ah high changes to appear and doesn't make the game impossible to play. Cheers

I think you didn't read carefully what I wrote, I was just asking what type of mod is this, because not all the mods are similiar to each other: exist retexture that replace the game textures, exist resource mod which create new asset for the game, exist the mod which adds new rooms, new npcs, new mechanics to the game and exist the mods replacing the sounds, don't feel that every comment hide an aggressive and unknow secret, my comment was only a question. Hello there, I just want to report some bugs I've found in the mod.
-In SCP-966's room there's a probability of 50% to encounter a MAV.
-In the new room (I don't remember the name) where the staircase is blocked by a computer server sometimes near the catwalk the game freeze and gives you a MAV.
-In room3ct the dead hazmat body doesn't show the animation after reloading the game, for make sure the game reloading its animation add the NPC name into Save.bb on one of the lines above where there's the loading NPCframefunction.
-Using the clown box (SCP-513) will often crash the game.
This were the only issues I get while playing the mod, thought nothing terrible good luck for any possible update!

No they said that at the end of November the mod will be out, yes we have waited maybe to much time but that doesn't mean that NTF mod will never see the light of day. Just wait this last days and try to don't lost hope.
