There's actually a lot to get knowledge about it, the states leader, and their spokesman have both made speeches where the objectives come out. But to summarize:

Obj 1. Depose all democracies, dictatorships and monarchies ruling Muslim lands

Obj 2. Establish the proper Islamic caliphate over these lands

Obj3. Carry out the fight against those non-Muslim countries that are a cause of suffering for Muslims (i.e. Israel, USA, Great Britain, France, Russia, India, China etc.)

1. Saudi is on the target list, I'm sure. After Iraq and the Levant Arab countries (Syria, Lebanon, Jordan) are done with. Maybe even before those are done with

2. Independent arms dealers are where they buy equipment, besides gaining war spoils. Most of the worlds countries wouldn't want to maintain anything but hostile relations, I can think North Korea as only expection.

3. Muslims who willingly choose to live in the west are either ignorant of their religion or disregard it. ISIS got nothing to do with them.

4. It isn't. USAs job in Iraq has quickly been undone and the stronger ISIS grows, the more threatening it becomes to US interests in ME (oil, influence etc.) This has driven USA to even approach Iran to team up against ISIS.

You mean relationship? Saudi fears and hates ISIS. There's a lot of support among the common people though, and I believe there are private donators among the KSA citizens. The pro-ISIS attitudes even reach their militarys personnel.
