You can say what you want. But Islam is Islam, and its an obligatory duty upon Muslims to spread it by word and sword, and I'm retaining my rights to practice my religion in this way. Islam is religion of war and not peace, and if you don't believe me, read the Qur'an.

Each small faction gets a relatively large army in the beginning. It gives you two options: Either disband and spend the initial turns building stuff, or rush to expand and get additional land, then spend turns recovering from debt.

I did the latter with Pontos, getting 2 regions with my initial force, then disbanding and waiting for 20+ turns to get out of debt.
