I would suggest you to try different screen resolutions if it fixes the UI. If not, maybe simply noclip through the doors.

Do you have an enhanced DirectX/OpenGL renderer in use? If not, you should try it first. Cwdohnal.com

Also check your INI-files in your My Documents/Deus Ex folder.

The first time I tried this mod I happened to play on such a map, so the first impressions of the mod could have been better. I changed to a different server before I even managed to arrive where I wanted to drive. That's when the mod became a little more fun.
