(My problem is general.exe file was not working after 'Please login with administrator privileges and try again' message)

I think a lot of peoples who want to command thier army.
But, Microsoft blocked your games by named Bloody Windows Security Update.

After, remove update KB3086255, My ROTR files are working!
If you are windows 7 or 8(I'm 8.1), You can remove them.
But if you are windows 10. I just say Sorry.

I installed Win8.1 on March of this Year.
And I already command ECA Forces on ver. 1.85.
My case is my computer automatic update system.
When after windows security on 4. October.
It is same as upside reply things suddenly.
My account is already administraion account, but, still denied access message was sighted.

My situation is like you.
Are you using Windows 8.1?

Since When I updated Windows 8.1(4. October), Launcher and All General Files are blocked!!
I need information what file is making this funny situation.
I update few files

1) Net Framework 4.5 Security update
2) Net Framework 4.6 Security update
And also unidentified windows 8.1 security update

Please, Investigate this Problem.

WoW!! It's very interesting!!!
But some people says Black Eagle is Only unit of South Korea in PF.
So I suggest change the Faction name...
But, PF also include Indonesia and Australia..
That's Good.
I wish I want to each PF units where they belongs to..

But a lot of unit of PF is only Japan Unit...
Could you tell me how many Factions in PF?
(I think North & South Korea is no more after APYR 2.0psi)

How about change the name of Faction?
Pacific Front -> Japan
(I think no more unit of Asia without China.)

I wish change the name of Faction to Pacific Front to Japan.
