Learned something new again from the team, keep it up!
Learned quite a bit from this.
Excellent work and interesting history, learned something new today.
Didn't know about the No.73 AT Grenade Mk.1
Free Belgium!
Beautiful work as always
Does the mod work on the Remastered version?
Will you include a historical OOB as well for the campaign with limited vessels available? This was done well in Atlantic Fleet in my opinion and adds to the realism of the campaign. I'm hoping to eventually see a full North Sea campaign in this.
Cheers!
Great news, looking forward to finally trying it out!
I will say, I really enjoyed this mod. I serve the one true Queen of the Night!
Does anyone have an up-to-date install instruction?
If this mod had Covenant enemies and perhaps Halo maps it would be truly outstanding.
I am looking forward to seeing Belgium represented in FH2. Well done guys
Glad to see Norway coming to the game!
Has anyone been able to get this to work lately?
The best Reich
Excellent!
This mod just keeps getting better!
Thank you for the reply
Overall, I like the concept of what you are trying to do here but I do have a major concern. I appreciate that you are going for visual realism regarding the units, and I like the attention to detail there, but I also feel that if all units are just "clones" of each other, the finer points of these real conflicts will be completely lost on the player. I'm just not sure how you can make an RTS based on the Gulf War and not address the massive delta in quality between Western and Iraqi forces, even just in equipment. In no way is a M1A1 anything like a T-55 or T-62, from a simulation or game play perspective.
Have you given thought then to creating an asymmetric game mode where US Forces have their historical advantages while Iraqi must use asymmetric threats to challenge their opponents?
If you are looking for more of an even fight then I would suggest modeling the Iran-Iraq War. There is a lot of ways to do this, but I just don't know if simple unit modelling across the board is the way to do this, it just will not hold up to any semblance of realism.
Keep in mind my comments come from the position of a simulation wargamer, and while I get that you are not trying to make a full simulator and rather an RTS, I still think some real thought should be applied here to the type of experience you want to bring. Why use realistic visual models if that is all it is?
Regardless, good luck.
I wasn't aware this mod was single player at all - how is it?
Glad to see - only recently found out about this project. Good luck!
NLR!
Been waiting for a Halo mod for this game since it came out. Others have tried and failed, I hope this one succeeds.
