Nuke is really better than in the original game since it now damages buildings in time and not on the spot, so it can destroy GLA bunkers under structures !

Scud Storm is awfully destructive and the toxins make it deadly if you don't pay attention.

Don't underestimate Particle Uplink cannon from USA, the way you can change the speed of the beam makes it versatile, it is a pint point accuracy weapon, but it can destroy key structures at your convenience if you place it and move it correctly. IA simply doesn't knox how to use it effectively by making a ~ which is mostly ineffective. When I fight against USA IA I never fear their super weapon because of that, I am much more anxious about their multiple bombardment General powers !

Tremor AGAS, althought not the most powerful is a good one, damaging a wide area and killing quite a lot of people, and also the most epic gun and bombardment sounds ever ! Wait, a giant gattling artillery barrel, man !

Solar Burst is stunning although the least powerful of all with the Particle cannon. it charges fast, and the Pendora protocol modification makes it awesome, slow to destroy it is a pain because it paralyse your abilities to rebuild for a certain time like the toxins from the Scud Storm. So when you want to make GLA pay for what they've done, it feels good !

problem is, IA desn't seem to handle super weapons very well, you can place a bait of buildings and useless units in a corner and you have nothing to fear !

When you take Assault Armements, tungunskas get two more missiles to fire at aircraft, so when you have three or four of them, they get quite a lot of additionnal punch. But off course, Grumble missiles are slow in spite of their ability to harm more than one unit at a time (I once shot down four Gazelles with one missile !)

USA got plentiful of new things, the helicopters are so powerful and got many different roles... Starlifter loaded with drones or Hum-vees full of infantry can be a good early assault force if you manage it correctly. Hunter Killers are a damn good diversionary tactic asset and has a lot of punch specially when you upgrade it to be part stealthed, GLA just can't handle it if you destroy the Urals first.

You're looking at the other face of the coin, with China, you like swarming hordes but when you face China, you hate hordes swarming over your base, nothing is more logical in fact !

True, as a big turtler I love ECA and their super artillery, specially on small maps, your guns can reach the enemy base and why not, the enemy super weapon without making you build one yourself...

But, surprisingly, ECA is only my third favorite faction after Russia and China, China can really be defensive, evenmore in the original Generals / Zero Hour with their bunkers and speaker towers... And Russia because of Red Alert may be, they are so cool, powerful and funny. I usually prefer planes to tanks, but with Russia, how not to love their tanks, they seem so powerful. These two factions have the best steamroller gameplay.
And Russia and China being my favorite, also because of their buildings style perhaps (and music too).
My fourth faction, not far after ECA is USA for their planes I love so much in the game, I like the fact the China has a better airforce now, too. And I can't wait for the return of the Aurora !
My least favorite faction is GLA, not that i don't find it cool, it is damn funny evenmore now with the recycler, but as I am not an aggressive type of player, I just can't play them right, but when I just want some fun, I take them all the same !

I now see that the guys who designed Empire Earth 1 did well in implementing the A10 in the Numerical Era featuring the 21st Century. It still is fkying nowadays and keeps looking good even with its old fashioned straight wings !

Ha ! I can understand what you mean, I was just trying to anwser his question politely and accurately. Doens't mean that the officials' choices about that plane were actually good. I happened long ago to other nations to keep a bad concept war machine and build it massively with no logical reason at all, just like a dogmatic thing that always hie an economic crisis. In the beginning of 20th Century, we French liked to keep old coal powered warships depsite other countries were going fuel power for their ships. They invocked a stuypid pride thing whereas it was only because of the cost. Coal was costing 30 francs unlike fuel costing about 90. That is why we kept building obsolete warships for a long time. It is the same in many ages about military. USA have nowadays an economical interest to build the flawded F35, to ask for their allies' money to prevent them to fund their own military programs... Just to keep military supremacy in a more and more anti-american world.
