The concept behind this is a change of the Flame Tank from anti-infantry weapon to Fanatic-operated terror weapon. Part of the idea is that this version of the Flame Tank is similar to the RA3 Assault Destroyer or the C&C4 Mammoth Tank: the most heavily armored unit available to its side, with an ability to draw enemy fire away from other forces.
