The installer won't work on Windows 10, 8 or 7/Vista, The maps will need to be pulled to a usermaps folder and ran that way
Do you own WinRAR? That application can open ISO files like winzip files etc, And remember, This application is only tested under older systems like Windows 2000, Windows XP, and, recently, Tested and works under Windows 8

So, Moddb is now 20 years old? That makes me feel really old. I began using it as a offline guest around 2008 to find Half-Life mods and Doom addons later in 2013, I made my account to see and comment on mods and upload older cd-roms that were freeware along with addons for games that could've been lost.
I'd like to see the next twenty years of this site as well. Regarding the classics, I always will hold Sven Co-Op to my heart, played the old pre-steam release to death, It and They Hunger were among the first Half-Life mods I ever played, and they are special to me.
Sadly, some of the maps are affected by bad A.I. pathfinding as the authors likely forgot to add the movement files needed. I had a similar issue under the 911 bank map til swapping over to the Elite Edition release.
You'll need to drag the files out of this winrar and set them up under "Missions" folder within the Swat 3 folder.

Hmm, What I do with the mods is drag the WinRAR file into the mods folder and set it down. Then open the mods launcher utility and you check the file's name, that will activate it in game

Always update the sourceport as you go, Mods require newer and newer updates as the Zscript needs to be updated.
Yes, depending upon your anti-virus it can flag files like this as dangerous but every file I upload is tested over and over within AVG Anti-Virus for any threat.
