Your latest Ultimate Mod , how did you make the full dead bodies stay on the Germany last mission.

By opening the Germany 6 mission in Insanity 3D editor for H&D Deluxe, then going into Scene properties -> Optimization -> Optimize dead bodies -> False. Next i saved changes. This way dead enemies won't longer appear as backpacks instead of normal corpses.
