I can't really give critique without wireframes, though it does look smooth and good so far, keep it up man.
As for a tip: when modeling for games its best to keep track of your polycount by Triangles instead of Polys (quads), you get a more accurate statisic of your geometry that way and helps you optimize your work when in a tight poly budget, especially for older games like C&C generals.^^

My OPINION? Skin it. Some of the skin spot should be Desert-ish (because this is Pakistani) :) it'll be nice sorry if I has bad english to say my opinion.

Yeah bro, I'm working by myself so far, if anyone wants to help, most welcome. :D I'm making a mod for RA3, it will have 5 factions to begin with. Namely: Pakistan and Turkey on one side, Israel and India on another side, and Iran will be alone, unless I add Syria, or Egypt. That's still open to discussion though. And I'm going to add game play changes too, which will be revealed when the mod is. ;) Thanks for your interest! ^_^
