Yep, it was April fools! Rest assured we won't be moving Cannon Brawl to facebook, adding pay to win features, or anything else like that :)

The alpha demo has local multiplayer on the same computer, the full game will have online multiplayer :)

The microsoft install process seems to not be working for some people, we'll have a different installer version for the final game though. Sorry!

Try this:
1) Open the Control Panel
2) Choose Clock, Language, and Region > Language and Region
3) Under the format tab, change it to English (United States)
4) Change it back after you're done playing

But I'm glad you were able to play in windowed mode though. Also, I'd love to do a level editor, but it's just me doing the programming, so we'll see if I have time. More varied game modes would also be super cool, but again we'll see if we have time :)

So it did a black screen and crashed until you set your default language to english? What was your default language before?
