New location, new style (URBEX), new custom textures (still to be corrected), new custom sound effects (environment, atmosphere, music), all in this redesigned Woods map.
EDIT: Of course the light and environmental settings are still to be well defined in order to have a better atmosphere.

I'm the creator of this mod... This was my old profile here on ModDB. I agree with you and many other who commented: games are made for fun. Of course people have different tastes, but shouldn't talk about realism, because, if carrying 1500kg is odd and unrealistic, what about many and many other things? For example, why I can't go to certain places, or climb a tree and leave a stash there? (There are a lot of trees like that in the game).
I played this trilogy so much, and it's so boring to have to go here and there to retrieve objects.
However, Chernobylite seems interesting, never played it. I'll go to take a look ;)

Hello to all!
Regarding this project, currently I'm working on two things:
1. The new underground bunker location, that you can see in the last pictures
2. The soundtrack for this level (just started today the exploration theme)
I know the work is going slow, but actually I'm working on many things, first of all the real life, and then a short movie and some songs and tracks (I have a band too).
And, returning to HEROES INTO THE APOCALYPSE, stay updated :D

This is an ABSOLUTELY NEW MAP, decisive point in the mod gameplay, I cannot say anything else about the mission, for now.
There will be catwalks, wrecked vehicles, walled doorways (as you can see in this picture) and, of course, DEEP DESCENTS: prepare to fight.

Yes, it seems more atmospheric, but in the mod storyline these are the first days after the outbreak, so the lights still work. Honestly, now I don't know if remove or keep them.
