You need to build a radar truck for the North Vietnamese Army, like the GLA in normal Generals.
The mod is done, and released in its complete state. The development team have moved on to other pursuits.

Actually the mod comes complete with 3 levels of ai diffculty for both factions. If you provide some information in regards to the issue you have,there may a solution to you problem.
Bombardment is similar to your standard matches, simply destroy your enemy.
However you can also fight for Battleship Control Points on the map that gives you access to the USS Missouri Battleship or USS Enterprise Aircraft depending on the map or intel (full view of the map).
The US Mortar Pit is not longer stealth; this is intentional. The range of the US Mortar Pit if I recall correctly was doubled from 350 to 700 to compensate for the change.
We appreciate the offer, however work on the NVA is done & the faction has been released complete with voices for all NVA units, officially the mod is done.
There maybe patches or the likes to fix some bugs or add maps etc but that's not concrete.

If you plan on making the BRDM-2 a fast fragile recon/scout unit with a large sight radius, you may want to make it a bit cheaper so it is easier to replace.
However if you were planning for it to be a very effective infantry hunter with small/decent sight radius, instead of a fragile unit with a large sight radius, I guess the current price would suffice.
Of course I know this is just a concept atm & things a subject to change; so this is just my mere observation & suggestion.
I don't encourage the "bashing" & slandering of other mods.
Both Shockwave & Contra are respectable & well made mods, with their own styles/theme; everyone has different preferences just because a person does not like a mod's style/theme doesn't mean they should go around screaming (in this case typing)

This is intentionally done; you cannot capture enemy "base" buildings.
You can only capture resource points (villages, supply tunnels/piles, whorehouses, etc) under enemy control.
The mod is pretty much Done at this point so it's not really "dead", the dev team may make another patch to fix some issues & bugs.
The mod does have multi-player, but you have to use a client like hamachi.

As SC said Dual door mounted guns are not possible because of the engine.
It is worth mentioning that the Mi4's gun is not a door gun but rather a gun "pod" located under the nose of the Aircraft.
It is possible however to have a one sided door gun for the UH-1; much like the Blackhawk on RotR

Speaking plainly in my opinion the mod is not really in the stages of a Beta yet, a Beta is usually when all you have to do is fix bugs & the main aspects of the mod are in place.
But good to see some in-game progress.
You should remember that it was the A-1 that inspired the A-10, so less carrying capacity won't make sense because that's not improving; however the A-1 has more hard points than the A-10.
In terms of dimensions (length, wing span, & height) the A-1 has a higher height than the A-10; otherwise the A-10 trumps the A-1 in length & wing span.

Interesting piece of information A-10s are armed with AIM-9 Sidewinder AAMs for self defense.
That would be a brutal way to go indeed especially if the Stuka was modified for tank busting ( Helmo.gr )
An A-10 engaging enemy aircraft with its Gun, now that would be a sight to see.
Yet this event happened in real life.
On the 20th of June in 1965, when two MiG17 of the NVAF tried to jump a flight of A-1 Skyraiders assisting with a Search & Rescue Operation, one MiG17 was shot down by the A-1s.
Another MiG17 was shot down by an A-1 a year later on the 9th of October in 1966.
It sounds like you have other mod files in the same ZH folder; which is conflicting with each other.
VGO will work with mods that have launchers like CWC & ShW; if you have one open at a time.
However you can't have multiple mods (that don't use launchers) in the same ZH folder; because they conflict & crash each other.
I would recommend you make 2 or more copies of a Clean ZH folder (no mods) & use one for mods that have launchers like CWC, VGO & ShW.
And use the other ZH game folder(s) for one mods that don't have launchers; if you want to play multiple mods without launcher you have to have a ZH folder for each individual mod.
Very late response but the vehicles that were in this cut-scene were of Russian make, T-series tanks, BTR Series, & the Mi-24.

It's a skin I made for a VNAF A-1 Model; it bares the markings of the VNAF
(South Vietnamese Air Force) the USA's allies.
It's some side work I've been doing to the VGO mod during my free time.
A possible add-on in a sense; although I can't promise anything.
