alright, i've seen people who don't know how to open RAR or 7-zip files, so i'm going to make it a bit easier for you people
1: download this: 7-zip.org
2: download your file
3: right click on your file (normally a RAR or 7-zip file, if it's an exe, just double click on it and it should run)
4: select open with, and select 7-zip file manager, this will apply it to all files of the same type (ex. you do this to a RAR file and it applies to all RAR files)
5: double click on your file
6: select the file(s) that appear, and then click extract (it's the blue dash in the top left of the window)
7: specify where you want the files extracted to, and presto! you can now access your mod/file!
