They will be a core aspect of Haradwaith when that faction is released. It's very unlikely they will return to Mordor.

Haradwaith will be coming a lot later in a separate release.

We have some ideas of what could be done. But we don't know if these ideas will ever be added. It's a lot of work for not that much gain in the grand scheme of things.

That's because this map was originally made for the Peloponnesian Wars mod.

Probably unlikely. Our Isengard changes were based on the fact that we wanted Dunland to be a far more important aspect of Isengard than it currently is. In comparison, Dol Amroth's position in the Gondor faction is far more fitting for its relative importance, plus the faction already has far more regions represented/heroes included than Isengard.

The plans for Haradwaith can be seen on the mod team's forums on Revora.

Having the heavy armour be limited to Thranduil's abilities was an intentional decision. The faction is supposed to have weaknesses with health and armour, and should be using the various buffs and heals to compensate for this (such as Evasion powers, Radagast, Galion, the Well of Wine and the Druids).

Bit of advice for the future. Listing all your issues with the mod on ModDB comment sections won't help anything as the mod team won't know the context of what's going on and any sort of discussion will just be lost in the stream of comments. It'll be far more worthwhile for everyone involved to post these issues on the Edain Team's own forums on Modding Union so that a proper discussion can be made. In addition, using replays as evidence can give much better context about what is actually happening with all these examples you're giving.

They were mentioned in the books as well as the creatures that pulled Grond.

That'd still require work to be done for making the models, rigging them, coding them, testing them etc. It's too much work for not that much gain, especially when we have no interest in making these heroes.

Good Ring Heroes aren't going to change.

We haven't changed the number of units in battalions other than for specific cases for Erebor. We removed the combo units since they caused a lot of balance issues and bugs.
7.0 will contain a rework for Lothlorien and Isengard.

It has quite a few weaknesses. Very fragile early game units. Expensive elite units. A lack of traditional heavy armour. And limited access to pikemen early on.

Damage is hard to write down in the same way as health or armour, since every unit does a different damage type with some doing multiple types. There are also units that have scalars that let them deal more damage to certain things, making it harder to quantify.

It's intentional. Rivendell is supposed to have a tougher transition from early game to the late game to compensate for having the best late game out of all factions.

You will need to switch from 2.02 to 2.01. And then enable Edain in the Edain Launcher.

It'll be out when it's done. The Edain Team don't give release dates unless they're very close, at which point they'd most likely make a big announcement for it.

Yes the Unburied Wights will be in 6.0.
The Castellans are a heroic unit and so are limited in number like all the heroic units in the mod. The Harbingers are a semi-heroic unit and are limited for balance reasons (like the Mounted Kingsguard of Rohan) considering how strong they are.

Gwaihir is already in the mod as a summon for Gondor. This makes more sense than for Rivendell or Erebor as he had no association with the dwarves (it is unknown if the Eagle leader in the Hobbit was Gwaihir or not). In comparison, he was for more associated with Gondor due to how he helped Gandalf three times in LotR and appeared at the Black Gate.

An explanation as to why you might think that would be appreciated. Preferably with context from actual games as well.

Glorfindel is a powerful, permanent hero for Rivendell. The Balrog on the other hand is a tier 4 temporary power that's designed to cause as much chaos as possible before disappearing. Making Glorfindel as powerful as the Balrog would heavily unbalance the game. Some compromises have to be made for the sake of gameplay.

Bear in mind that this is only the first third of the full campaign, as the missions for Two Towers and Return of the King will be added onto the Fellowship missions. So the upcoming missions will most likely bring up the difficulty.

Hadhod will be a hero in WotR-era Erebor and he will be able to summon Elegost. There aren't any plans for Morwen or Eaoden.

Are you talking about a ModDB article or a wiki article? For ModDB, we might do an article when the Two Towers or other campaigns are done but no promises. We've done articles on the Fellowship campaign on the wiki already.

There are the Dúnedain Soldiers and Dúnedain Archers that are present in the campaign with the Last Alliance and Disaster at Gladden Fields.
