One hella good engine. Can render massive AND massively detailed worlds with modern graphics spanning hundreds of square kilometers. It will probably age very well.
It's a shame that Ubisoft doesn't support modding for it because it would massively extend the lifespan of their games.
When I saw Athens in Odyssey the first thing I wondered was: "How many Bravils and Skingrads can I fit in this?".
And one of my pipedreams which will never be realized is to see Oblivion recreated with this thing.
