C&C3; game browser doesn't see the mod, even though it's in the folder. Steam version.

>СОСТОЯНИЕ: АВТОНОМНОЕ
That's "condition: autonomous" with the right gender coordination (neuter).

A better alternative would be, to my mind, "radar: offline". I know that in a certain context the En-Ru dictionary can give автономный when you look up offline, but it's not really suitable here. Отключен means leaterally "turned off" or "unplugged" and that's a direct equivalent to "offline".
>РАДАР: ОТКЛЮЧЕН

Next, as ZeroSF pointed out, ПРОДАЮ is a continuous form, and the infinitive ПРОДАТЬ (lit. "to sell [once]") would be the best here. As in,
>I want to sell my car. Хочу продать мою машину.

ВЫХОД is exit, on Russian sites often serves as "log out" button. The preposition is unnecessary.

СОЮЗ is alliance, singular. Here, the plural would be better: союзы. The best thing, of course, would have been the plural noun for "allies", but союзники is a bit too long for the button. So, СОЮЗЫ, "alliances".

ЗАПАС is literally stock/holding/available supplies, so it's okay.

Leopard is a big cat by definition. Maybe leave just Leopard?

Seeing tiny helicopters repairing vehicles would be hilarious.
How are the drones build, by the way? I imagine it would be convenient to make them an AOE power which is cast on a group of units.
Keep up the good work!

I got so used to the original sounds during my playthrough that I didn't notice how shallow some of them were. These sounds fit their respective weapons much butter, IMO. Thank you for your work.

Great work, looks promising. Can't wait to see other countries as well.
What party do the other 44% (coloured brown) represent?

An elegant solution. Will there be NPCs who know more than one dialect, for example merchants, sailors, travellers or nobility? Maybe the percentage of NPCs who know a dialect which is different from the main one in their country could rise if a city is near a border or if it previously belonged to or is being contested by another country.
Will there be an attitude or trust index which influence the NPCs opinion towards the player and likelihood of them wanting to answer the questions they are asked? Not everyone would want to share valuable information, especially about oneself, with a complete stranger. And if a group of NPCs is hostile towards the player, they would likely be unwilling to converse.
Maybe these stats could be infuenced by the player's behaviour, like if he talks to a number of people and manages to blend in by pronouncing sentences correctly, he would start being a more recognized and trusted person. Let's say, his renown state would rise from neutral to a positive value in that region and/or with the group he interacts with (a family, a guild).
On a side note, some NPCs may want to not be disturbed during some activities (working, sleeping, fighting), but, for gameplay convenience, I doubt it is necessary to implement.

I look forward to seeing how you implement the language learning mechanics. Are there going to be specific teacher NPCs, or will the player be able to learn from any bilingual NPC? Will there be textbooks?
