I working alone so its not that simple. When you work with team, you know some people writing code, someone making models, thats how it can speed up making game. When I making game, such like this its not that simple. One day writing code, one making models and sometime after testing new things is simple don't fit to game so what do you do? rewriting, remodeling...
and remambre nobody pay me for this i working on games because i love it but you know... love don't give me eat...
Game works that:
If you open task menager and run game then game proces rise to some thing about 900mb and maybe fake stop process but after a few sec/min process of game goes lower and run perfectly fine.
If somebody have only 1gb of RAM, simple windows don't handle it and then process will be stop.
I think about that, in world something 200km2 i must thing about that
Basically it be a mix of Blade Runner/Deus Ex and retrofuture things. It be more brutal and hardcore. Graphic be simple, more solid colors than textures. Gamer will be forced to using typical detective action. No tips (some one like avgn can say this game will be style "where do i f* go" but in real world you dont have any arrows where go and interactive map where everything says what you must to do to get something), you must know where to go to get some information, and its your will how do you want it. Talking or making holes in heads. Mechanic for world is very difficult.

Skechup is very special program in terms of texturing, it be very simple but sometime can very complicated your live and you can't texturing everything what you want it depends entirely different thinking than for example 3D Studio Max, and primary thing, really forget about making characters on it.

Now i dont have any problem with high speed internet connection, and have more than one computer so i be trying to make server from one of this specific for this game :) i know, primary problems with those games is that what you say - servers without permadeath.
problem with camera i want solve with camera collision, i simple know about those "bugs" but... you know i write that rain weather in 1-2hours so yes it be better :D
It is from there but it's not animations it's locomotion system. I can and I know how build a complex mecanim animatiom but why if it works fine, in future I'm planning to change player model and if i can make also customization but this is really distant plans. I reach the first milestone its multiplayer, and its works. Now i want to finish map and camera issues like disappearing models (thats why i must write camera collision) then when i do this i can make small thinks like: change player model, weather effects, and even add Ai people in city for make it alive. That be a long journey to point when i tell to myself i finish it.
About CS I simple know nothing because i only play CS:GO on x360 and at the end it be change, The Division is only inspiration for map system, like metro 2033 & LL or fallout can be inspiration for canals. Is not that clear like you think.

Yes, i remember i start every think again, game mechanic, level design and other thinks, for now i want add two game style, like before street map and "skatepark". huge problem is ragdoll control.
