Finally someone got it right.

Installing, some of the directories had double slashes and couldn't be made. And for the other comment, the launcher can't find the .ini for settings and I always make sure to run as admin.

Well using the launcher doesn't work, but just using the executable works, but with all mod text missing.

Did some of the install directories near the end have 2 \'s instead of one, making those files unable to be copied? Because mine doesn't work either.
