Hey everyone, sorry for the delay. I know an update was promised today but we've been very busy and will get it out ASAP. Tomorrow, (the 8th) is my aim, stay tuned, our first ever in game shots will be featured!

Can't give a definate date I'm afraid. We have a very small team working on this, who also have other commitments, so progress is slow. Sorry for the wait everyone but we are still here. Next news post is on the 7th of June.
Next news post will be on the 7th of June, with some new models and possibly other stuff, stay tuned guys!
Apologies for the lapse in updates again recently, but I assure you we're not dead. There's been some recent activity at our host site www.ironsightstudios.com so be sure to take a look there for a news snippet in Blackburn's Blog (that's me by the way)
Nice idea but we've already got the bomber role covered by the two aircraft shown in the last news post.
That seems like too much, even for C&C 3. The game will slow right down once you build a few of these.
The colours are slightly different on that image to how they are in game. That's due to the way it was rendered, it made it far too light. So I darkened it in photoshop, that's why it looks odd.
You're not wrong about the 60's style, the Cougar is using the design of the BAC TSR.2, a cancelled 60's prototype strike aircraft, and the Trenchard is a design of my own, which is partly inspired by the Blackburn Buccaneer, another Cold War jet.
The Lions head, rose, and shield, all make up the new faction logo for Britain. The rose is a Socialist symbol, aswell as an English symbol, as is the Lion. I'll upload a bigger version of it to the gallery and explain it better there, thanks for pointing it out.
And yeah, brownie points for you, although having been in the ATC I'd be surprised if you didn't know that :p
It's certainly a possibility in the future, but if it does happen, it won't be till after Britain is fully implemented.
That website is massively out of date. We lost alot of work due to a hard drive crash, and the design document has had a massive overhaul. Expect a news post in the next few days that explains alot of the changes, and showcases some new units.
Ok, we've had a spring clean on the moddb page. Logo has been updated. Alot of the content has been removed from the image gallery, reasons for this will be explained in our next news post, coming soon. Don't worry, much of what's gone will come back, there'll also be some new stuff too. Keep checking back over the next couple of weeks for updates!
Expect and update soon guys, with some in game content!
What is the poly count like on these?
The Cougar is based off the Replica. There's only one photo of it, and it's not a great angle, but this is our take on it.
The mod is currently on hold until further notice. The plan is to revive it again in the near future.
It's set in an alternate reality, in real life it's unlikely the UK would ever fight the US, but the storyline for G:BF is currently under review, keep watching.
We don't have a set release date yet, all we can say is it will be released when it's finished, no sooner. So hang in there, we appreciate the support.
Sorry to tell you, you're wrong, unless your definition of soon is 50 years time. Where did you hear that?
Just a mini update for all those watching, the mod is far from dead, and there is much activity going on below the surface. The whole concept of the mod, and many units are being revamped, and the design document is being re-written. Expect exciting news updates in the near future.
The mod is still going, there has been a quiet patch recently but we are not dead.
We're going to use an MA5K as the snipers carbine weapon.
This is a type 45 destroyer, although the actual design is a mix between HMS Daring and the Sea Wraith concept.
Sentinels and the flood aren't included because there isn't enough unit variation to make them a viable faction. Or for them to be balanced with the other teams.
Well, only on the weapons that have them. We may have to simulate that on some of the covenant weapons by having a different targeting reticule appear on your HUD.
Anyone that thinks they can help.
Modellers, skinners, coders, animators, sound artists, voice actors.
Send an email if you can do any of those things or anything else that might help.
One step ahead of you Axel of Sweden.
Ah right, yeah this is basically my interpretation of the only decent image of the SparrowHawk out there, from the Halo Wars website. Still needs some tweaking though, but I'm not going to upload every modification to a model I make, so you'll just have to wait and see what the next version will look like :).
Well, perhaps, but I have yet to texture it, and bear in mind that all models shown are works in progress unless otherwise stated.
