Very cool, but it seems you have to choose between strength or endurance which isn't "realistic", but I do get it's for balancing. Would be cool to see a version of this with realism in mind.

Would be cool if there was some incentive to go out in the toxic rain, because all it does is make you either stay inside till the rain is over or invest in gear that protects you from it and then you basically ignore the mechanic entirely.

Maybe certain types of artefacts can spawn during toxic rain, or it reduces mutant spawns or makes them passive, or reduces STALKER patrols?

Sorting by popularity is fine if you're checking the addons out for the first time, it's not great for checking the latest mods, and there are plenty of great mods that are new so haven't become popular yet, and there are plenty of great mods that just don't become popular.
