I was about to email tech support till I stumbled across this and using Connect to link to the website seems to work a charm. I've not redeemed the key yet but it shows the Steam icon etc :)

It depends where you bought the game from. Groupees has it's own Steam Key redemption bit if you bought it from there (As I had)
And bought though the Humble store :) Just don't go putting it in a bundle, that's usually what happens when I buy indie games :-/ lol
I was going to ask about this. Technically the Humble price is about 30p more than buying from Desura, and the Humble site only mentioned DRM Free. As long as either a Desura or Steam key are also available then that's cool, as I do like having both available to me :)
I've seen this game mentioned before and I remember thinking it looked good then, it's looking even more impessive now! Happy to help Greenlight your game and am seriously considering buying at this price. Nice to see an indie game not trying to demand silly amounts of money
I noticed you posted on Desura's CAFE 0 ~The Drowned Mermaid site saying you'd not want to pay more than $5 for it. You can buy 2 graphic novels (That game being on of them) for $1.50 on Groupees.com for the next 6 1/2 days :)
Strangely, since I tried installing the game last night Desura crashes before it will load. Never had any grief with the Desura client before. Even forcing a Desura update fails. Looks like a complete uninstall / reinstall of Desura on that PC (As you can see it's fine on my laptop still)
Strange co-incidence?
Celebrate the Android release by selling the Desura game at the same price, go on! Please? :)
There's a 50% off sale on Steam today :) 18 hours left on the deal!
Thanks for the Steam key, looking forward to the official release! :)
This is a fantastic game, had it for a while now and it's great to see the Dev continuing to improve and add to the game, keep it up Braqoon!
I have Game of Dwarves on my Tracking List and check it out now and then. If you don't want to use Steam then fine I suppose, but I'm stunned that we still have the anti-Steam crowd after all these years, and you're missing out in a big way for questionable reasons. I've been using it for 7 years now and find it extremely convenient. The hassle of having to keep checking for updates and patches and then manually patch games is gone. The hassle of having to log onto websites, download packages and manually install is gone. I still do these things for some small time Indie Devs mind, but Greenlight is even helping those folks
I'm in full time employment, up to 12 hours a day, I don't have the time to mess about. Apparently I have 468 Steam games now, there's no way on this earth I would want to keep manual track of that lot, and the files have to be hosted somewhere online. If a company goes under (and they often do if you've been into gaming like I have for the last 20 years) then I'd have to backup the game to 2 seperate locations, in the event one of the storage medias corrupted
Steam makes so much money that I can't imagine it going anywhere anytime soon, digital media is the future and so far of all the varieties out there, Steam is to me the best out there, and far exceeds Desura and Origin
I "Beat the average" and gave it the thumbs up on Greenlight, when will it be officially be voteable?
Just bought during the IndieGameStand deal :)
Since I found IndieGameStand, I have spent way too much money :) Looking forward to playing the game :)
Just bought it to support you guys. All the best! :)
I'm going to buy the Groupees bundle just for this game, I have most of the other games but thought what the heck for $5 :)
Oh and Greenlit on Steam too :)
I am also interested in the game. I have it tracked, so any chance of a advertised (and good) discount on the game and I'll buy it :)
I wouldn't mind one myself. I use Desura but Steam is my primary platform
This game has just caught my eye on Steam Greenlight (I've upvoted it) it looks very much like a game I'd love to play. Turn based games and RPGs both rock my boat. If there's any requirement for beta testing I'd be willing to help out happily
The fact that you seem eager to develop the game, post regularly on here (Even telling us NOT to download the demo due to issues) along with the impressive trailer on here and the clips on YouTube have convinced me to buy :-) The environment looks very nice and I'm sure you will add to it immensely as time goes on. Just remember those who supported you when you make your first million! ;-)
I'm also happy to be a beta tester :)
Wow that napalm attack looks fantastic! Great graphics, but the strategic element is the best thing, as there are way too many point and shooters out there already
Any chance of a Halloween type discount? :-)
It's almost time for Halloween, lets see a special discount to encourage those of us who are on the fence to spend our money! It worked for Zafehouse Diaries as I just purchased that! :-)
I said I couldn't justify the cost, then along comes 33% off, so I just bought the game :-)
How about a halloween sale? :) Go on, you know you want to! :)
Browsing around tonight and saw the Steam 10% off on this game which is actually around 30p more than Desura right nw, but to say the game is 70% discounted on Desura, wow that is a difference in price between 2 of the main online game providers!
I see reviews are mixed... some say it's a very dificult game due to it's randomising, but others don't seem to find that an issue... I'd love to hear some comments

Have played games for nearly 30 years now (since the age of 8) and am happy to support the Dev community if they release quality games! Love RPGs and shooters but will play most games and enjoy them :-)
