Turning off AC would result in CPU throttling on some CPU demanding programs (but daily ambient temperature could reach >32 degree celcius anyway). Screen lid feels flimsy and bendable, and keyboard feels really mushy that I use my own keyboard now so build quality is a bit of a joke. Battery can only stand 3-4 hours even on power saving mode, but it's not like I bring my laptop outside so it doesnt really matter.

Description

Got myself an early-access of Epic Games MOBA Paragon. For an early-access game, I must say it's impressive already. I'm playing on low graphic on my GTX 950M graphic card (supposedly similar to Radeon HD7770 in terms of performance), and it's still beautiful and very optimized.

As of gameplay, it's like a mix between MOBAs. It has the casual three lanes with two towers each lane for each team, jungle with creatures, etc. But what makes it different from other MOBA is the direct control of characters. Although SMITE done it first, but Paragon elevates it further with more movements and diversed terrain, which you'd always find it flat in other MOBAs.

The number of heroes in the game is still limited, although it's pretty diverse already which each heroes wielding unique skills. Skills are bound to both keyboard and mouse, and the visuals are great when skills are clashing apart. Outside skills there are also items that is in form of decks, each decks provides several cards or 'item' that can be used to aid in battle such as health or mana potion or enhancements. You can build your own decks, although I still dont get much about these decks business.

So far it has been great already, although Epic said it's still missing features so it must be an even better game when it's released this summer.
