They should. They were promised on the Groupees bundle. Supposedly the publisher (they apparently sidestepped Greenlight and took on a publisher) told someone they are open to it and he posted that reply on the Steam Community forum.

I'm going to echo what the others have been saying and said that while I am interested in this game personally I find the price point too high for an indie/casual game such as this. I may check back if there is a sale at some point.

I got the Desura key which was in my Groupees profile now and activated it. Thank you very much for the quick response!

When are Desura keys for this game going to be added for buyers of the Groupees Casual Bundle?

I keep checking back every day but it still has not been added.

I'm having the same problem. When the Desura client goes to launch says it cannot locate a key.

Can we get Desura keys for this if we got it from the Groupees build a greenlight bundle? I tend to lose track of my games unless I have them tied to an account where I have most of my games (Steam/Desura).

Also Groupees had a hard drive failure a while back and still haven't restored all the data. I don't quite trust that I'll always have access to my direct downloads there and anyway it's always good to have a backup.

I'm looking forward to trying out the alpha. It's a shame that barring an 11th hour miracle the Kickstarter probably won't get funded.

Desura is a store as well as an optional client. Being as such there's no reason for them not to sell Steamworks games. Gamersgate, Amazon, Gamefly, Gamestop and yes even Origin sell Steamworks games and there are others on Desura, this is not the only one.

Agree 100%. I think this should be brought to the attention of the Desura people.

I was looking as this on the Not On Steam sale but the lack of Desura key made me hold back. If it goes on sale again here or elsewhere with a Desura key I'll definitely grab it.

It's a niche game and I think that's fine. So are Winter Wolves stuff and a bunch other games out there. I mean there's another game on here about gender changing and it's even higher priced than this. Again a niche game. There's nothing wrong with that. It's not going to appeal to the masses anyway so being that the sales volume will be much lower I think it's reasonable to charge a higher price to make up for that.

My only beef was that the price here was higher than it was being sold on his own website but when I pointed that out he fixed it and lowered the price here a bit.

Wait what? I've never heard of them doing that. Did they say WHY? I have my own suspicions but I don't want to jump to conclusions...

Great news. I'm really excited for the sound update as that should add lots of atmosphere to the game.

There's plenty of time to do sales later on after the game is finished and has been out for a while at full price. Personally, I like the whole concept of the earlier you get in on the game, the cheaper it is with tiers going up a bit as major features and content are added.

This way seems much more fair to me than the current Kickstarter based trend to do exactly the opposite. Want Beta access? $20 more! Want Alpha access? Another $10 more on top of the $20 more for Beta! etc. You're paying more for less and paying extra to help the developers test their game essentially.

That said, if this game keeps pushing the price up beyond the $20 mark I'm not sure anything that isn't AAA will be able to get much sales above that price point, but maybe if this game turns out to be super amazing and gets a lot of buzz it could be an exception. We'll see I suppose.

I already have Paradigm Shift on Desura from a past Groupees bundle and have already voted for it on Greenlight but just wanted to say thanks for doing the giveaway!

It should be under Program Files \x86\Desura\Common\<Game Name>\<Game.exe>

That's how I have done it with the Steam shortcuts for all my Desura games so far. they are not in the main Desura directory, you have to go to the Common subdirectory then to the game's subdirectory from there.

Did the Desura price really need to be $7 higher than buying it via BMT Micro on the developer's site?

That being the case is there any way we can buy it for $15 from Um.com.au and get a Desura key?

Not really a fan of BMT Micro and prefer Humble Store. The latter makes adding Steam keys for buyers really easy too.

Okay I got it working now. I had to delete the manual install I did in the Desura/common/ directory, uninstall via the client, close the client, restart and redownload and install through the client but it works now. Thanks.

Still not working. If I try to run it through the client it says no releases are available for you.

On the Desura page here there is only a link to buy a gift copy or to download the exe installer.

There should be a link to launch the game through the client but it's not there.

Will Desura keys be added for those of us who got this game in the Gamesrage bundle? At the time Gamesrage did say that Desura and/or Steam keys would be given later as the games get added to those services.

Throw me in for another vote for controller support. It seems like an obvious feature for a game of this sort and I know it's still fairly early on in development so hopefully it will get added at some point.

Desura keys are up now if you got this in the Groupees Adventure Role Playing Bundle. I just got mine.

That makes a lot of sense. You don't want to make a bad or lackluster first impression. There are a number of games now on Steam in Early Access or even shamefully in the regular release section that are woefully incomplete and yet those developers are charging people. It creates a lot of negativity and hard feelings which is not something any developer should aspire to.

I'm definitely interested in this game but I can wait as long as it takes.

Seriously though, looks like fun and I like match 3 games though the price is perhaps a bit steep so I may wait and see if a sale/bundle happens at some point.
