Do you have a Twitter page? I find it a lot easier to spread the word using Twitter than Facebook. Facebook is kind of confined to your friends and followers, while on Twitter, you can more easily reach out or connect with retweets, etc.

Anyway, game looks great. I'd love to cover it. Here's a link to my blog:

Will the Episode 2 be a separate app or will the content be added through an update? If I buy Chaos Ride now, would I get access to upcoming content?

Being armed doesn't make a game less scary. In fact, I think being armed with some primitive bow or spear, finding an old knife, or flares, would allow for some more options and make the gameplay more tense.

It's one thing to always be running and hiding. It's another to feel like you have a semblance of protection with your wooden spear as you hide in the tall grass at night as you hear raptors hoot nearby, knowing that you maybe only have one chance to hold the predators at bay before you're weaponless and need to flee

Having a weapon enhances that feeling of desperation when you don't have a weapon, adding tension beyond just hiding.

Wait have you played the game? If you haven't, how can you judge it?

The simplicity is intended, It's supposed to a reflex-testing, twitchy take on the ball roller genre, and it's not trying to be anything more complex than that. I mean, that in a good way.

On Toucharcade, some described it as the "Super Meat Boy of ball rollers" and I think that's pretty accurate. Like in SMB, you'll need to play the level till you know it in and out, the best route to take for the fastest times, and how to avoid obstacles. Soon more hazards allow for more varied levels, due to stuff like moving platforms, portals, and more.

Seems like it was a mistake on Desura's part. When I brought it to the dev's attention, even they weren't aware that Claire was in the new games section and could be bought. Game isn't ready to be released yet, as the dev's comment below states

Oh, so speedrun mode is essentially segments of the levels, kind of like challenge mode in Arkahm Asylum, etc.? I had assumed speedrun mode just timed your progress through the regular campaign levels. Great to hear otherwise

Was reading the alpha launch article. So if I understand, the full game will have 5 levels? I had watched an Let's Play video on Youtube and one level took about 15-20 minutes.

Do you have plans to expand the game once the alpha is completed? More levels, ghosts, etc.? I could envision some kind of level editor fitting quite nicely with the gameplay style

If the game won't be sold through Humble soon, any chance of setting up Paypal? Unfortunately my card gets declined by Desura, because it's only valid for US purchases. Really want to get this

Oh cool, looking forward to the demo.

A lot of games in alpha and beta state are available through Humble. Broforce for example, Space Engineers, Distance. and many others

Damn, this looks cool. Are you planning to put this on Greenlight/Steam? Also any chance of putting the game on Humble? It's just easier to keep track of and more convenient to purchase there

Awesome. You guys are expanding it! The 7DFPS version was IMO one of the highlights, up there with SuperHOT. Can't wait for the full version

Some feedback:
- Art style and effects are so good. Love the rain effect and the little details like your trainer/partner smoking the first mission
- Animations are really good, smooth and responsive
- Not sure how to use the stun weapon in the first mission (I'm using KB/M)
- The glitch mechanic is so cool, so much potential for puzzles and stealth options
- Two things I think would be nice but not essential:
1) some kind of animation of reaching for a ledge when you jump. This would be good visual feedback to the player that they'll actually make the jump
2) an animation when you're climbing/hanging and press away from the way, like your character is preparing to jump (i.e. one arm reaching out, body and face turned towards jump)

Is there going to be a Kickstarter or anything like that? I've been following this game since I saw it on IndieDB. It has everything I love: stealth, multiple routes, sci fi noir, cool mechanic/power, stylish pixel graphics

I've been playing this for a day and I think there are several key change that can be made to improve it:
---
1) Mouse wheel as another way to scroll through abilities. I think this would be more effective and less cumbersome than using space bar and also allow players to stay mobile while changing abilities

2) Hold to hack instead of tap. I think this would just make hacking simpler and faster in the heat of battle.

3) Also being to hack from any side of hackable object and whether we're facing it or not.

4) Change the Dash button. I'd prefer to have dash on E rather than shift, this would make it easier to move with WASD while dashing simultaneously

5) Pause time completely rather than slow time when selecting an ability. I think this would add to the strategy because then you could take the time to plan out next few moves for a moment. In fact I wish there was a way to pause and queue abilities but I don't know how that would impact gameplay

6) Bring the camera farther out. There have been times where I'm being attacked by enemies I can't see and I'll lose a large chunk of health because of this

I love the tactical interface, looks very intuitive and visually cool. I'll probably wait for the Kickstarter to go live before posting anything so I can have the campaign link in my post about the game. Hope you're doing well on Greenlight and yeah I'm already following both your Twitter accounts :)

Holy crap, this looks awesome. Saw your game on Greenlight, voted, followed, favorited!

When are you planning to start your Kickstarter? I run a small indie gaming blog, would definitely do an article and spread the word on Reddit and NeoGAF

Have a problem, got the game on IGS, only the direct download. But when I try to run the game, it always crashes. The graphics/imput screen comes up, I configure the settings, and play, but then only get a black screen. Not sure if the issue is with my computer or something else. Any suggestions?

Btw, had no idea you played through Claire's life. That'll make for a cool narrative and now flash bangs makes sense. Just from that short trailer alone, you got the eerie foreboding atmosphere perfected
