Description
A top UN scientist and technician, he has two doctorates from the Massachusetts Institution of Technology.
One in Computer programing and one in mechanical engineering
he became head of his department in the UN due to the mysterious lab accidents of his superiors that ended in their untimely deaths
He was assigned to Operation Cauterize to test out his combat robots in the field ( Media.moddb.com ) and to offer any and all assistance to combat effectiveness of mechanical weapons and vehicles
Dr Kintobor was quoted when first seeing the Flood on Halo
"What marvelous little demons, now if only we could turn them into robots.. "
fortunately for Dr Kintobor he is equally as happy seeing his robots turn those abominations into green paste
