I'm only talking about time mechanics here. There are no winners nor honorable mentioned games that didn't copy "time only moves when you move" rule, which is at least weird, because some were very nicely made. Maybe shteam wanted every game to copy sh's time mechanic without trying to come up with something similiar, and no one told us about it?

There's not even a single project in honorable mentions that doesn't just bluntly copy SH's time mechanic without trying to alter it. INtense!, srsly what is this, did you guys fail on the description, or shteam suddenly was like "screw originality"?
It looks a lot like if trepang2, time recoil, shiro, onestrike and overheat were all thrown in the trash can suddenly for trying to stand out.
Were really all of these games worse than couch tanks & visual demos?

It's too hard to judge the gameplay idea, as delphi really does suck, and your game doesn't really even look like a game as of right now. Move to/make a new engine, then remake it and find the answer to your question yourself. I can see a game like this (obviously without superhot look in it) be enjoyable on a mobile phone, for example. Gudluck, and don't forget to login next time.

Instructions were too unclear, should've told us to make clones.

Peer2Pizza's a very unique game, but is it's pizza launching gameplay really so enjoyable for it to be at the first place? It's a casual puzzle that only 2/10 people will have fun with. I agree with it winning, but it's sad to see it on the first place, it's like these piles of other good games/mods didn't even exist.

Just can't, in any way, except them looking more like superhot.. is that even a good thing? SH's silence ruined most of enjoyment of it, for example.

Teroil, you were probably the one expecting this the least, lol. Congrats though, hoping that you learned a lot from your game, and goodluck in the future.

Saddened that some german dude singing about something i don't understand took away some amazing artist's place.
The title sequence vid is hilariously awesome.

By the way, judges, it would be really interesting to see where how far you guys got in my game. It's a bit hilarious, as i pass it with no problems at all, but everyone else thinks it's impossible to beat. lol. is it 15 years of playing quake III arena? :D

Also, +1 to everyone saying that mods shouldn't be in the same category with games.

Alsoalso, XanT, INtense!, will there be no special prize, or is it just delayed?

Hard to tell. The game itself is pretty well optimized, but i used unity's physics based rendering, which accidentally made stuff unplayable on low end notebooks... I think anything newer than gtx400 should be enough. I'm getting more than 500 fps (and my fan is loud as heck, vsync, where are you) with gtx 1060 and i5 6500 processor. RAM is irrelevant, because the game uses only like 200mb.

Well, normally one would check requirements only when buying, it's easier to just test in this case.

Didn't think about that, but that doesn't change my opinion, because you're removing run and gun instead of trying to tweak it's importance with different elements, or expanding covers system(you won't believe how hard it is to be tolerant here for me, i'm so hateful of that stuff c; ). And i don't understand what's your problem with run and gun, it's literally twice more gameplay than this "toggling between tasks" sprint system gives, and could be thrice if you expanded verticality aspect. BASICALLY, THE MORE SH~T THE PLAYER HAS TO PRESS IN ONE SECOND, THE BETTER. GAME DEZEEEEEEEEEGN!

It sounds very very weird. I mean, why do you guys need to pay anyone and/or depend on other people's work? Just use something like lidgren(it's an api and nothing else) or any other api like that and code connections between players yourself(am not saying this directly to you, Corbin), it will then for example be easy to port the project from lidgren to steam api's networking, because all you do is call methods to send packets between pcs, you'll only need to change method names and initialization code.

I'm very weirded out by how some programmers work, i mean, i'm kinda just a code nazi when it comes to adding some big feature like physics, networking, maybe for example a terrain system. There's a 95% chance that i won't accept anyone's else MUDBLOOD CODE and write everything myself with only what .NET and driver dlls provide. ha.

Anyway, you don't have to listen to me, i'm just a random indie guy. c;
Goodluck with this, the game and your team's mood look promising, i really hope that you guys won't focus on VR stuff too much, and keyboard players won't be just VR player's entertainers, because this isn't just some "juggernaut" game mode, keyboard players don't switch places with the VR player from time to time.

Everything that's in the demo (There obviously isn't much at all) looks so charming, i would just love to buy this on steam as a 4 player couch coop adventure in the future. Are you sure you wanna keep using flash though? Games like this one looks like are normally played on low performance pcs(notebooks) and flash's performance is just as bad right now as it was in 2000s, when newgrounds was the most awesome site on the whole internet.

Looks awesome, but lacks movement, and the player is a bulletsponge. (I know that it's hard already, but that's because you can't dodge anything, really, all you can do is fire and hope that enemies' huge bullet spread will spare you)
You should just experiment a lot more, don't just copy AAA shooters and add your stuff after that, their devs don't care about game design at all. For example, stopping the player from firing while he's running is just pointless, there's no benefit to anything in the game that this awful "feature" can give, it just makes the game slower, and slow is not how you want the game to look in realtime (superhot failed completely at that, replays look as slow as the gameplay (i don't have anything against the slow gameplay in it thou, because the pacing can always be "medium" if the player wants), shame).
Are you planning to continue this even if you fail (i'm sure you won't) at the competition?

There is just one problem, vsync can't be toggled.
If some of you experience gpu OVERHEATing problems (HAHAHAHHAHAAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAAH), go to nvidia control panel, or amd/intel's equivalents of that and try turning it on for only this game. I'm done for now.

I only uploaded my fix to moddb just now, because i fell asleep and couldn't see your reply allowing me to upload all that, and i didn't have hope that i would. But it's the same build i sent to filedropper in my game's comment section yesterday (deleted comment, you can see them, right? There are 2 in fact, plus copies of them, i'm talking about the one url that's named /overheat_1), is it okay? Same hashes, everything. I'm sorry for being such a trouble magnet. :s
