Not sure about that, But I DO remember a map where the initial map size was small, and grew over time, which allowed the players to engage each other becasue initialy there was a + shaped piece of land bigger then the initial map size that seperated them.

About Random models: considering how much SWR 'abused' this in their mods, I'm pretty certain that it's possible in Generals. It might also work for C&C3;, so that's an avenue you can pursue.

I don't think that's the case. It's just that what the law is targeted at could include mods, since some of them are based on 3rd party tools.

I have one question: Have you considered abandoning the anime\game apperance of the pokemon to make them look better as 3d models? in some cases, they just don't fit like that.

The demo is a gameplay test, so not being able to do much stuff is counter productive.
Or maybe it includes 1 and 2, and it's called 3 because it's the latest episode.

Unless some base mechanic is changed, I don't think it would be a problem. Practically ALL MMO's do it when they release new content, It's not reinventing rocket science here.
