Thanks so much for the compliments!
We have some very special stuff in store for multiplayer and cannot wait to release it.

What's the point of living in carebear land all the time then?
All those cookie-cutter MMO's are the same.
Mortal Online is more realistic, and different, you actually fear getting seen by a horde of enemies in this game, especially if you're carrying some valuable loot, this game will stir up gaming emotions most games will never be able to.
Hi Brataccas, did you try the new build yet? I'm sure you will agree it is 100 times better :)
Hi Daisy, we loaded CD keys before we did the new update and I assumed Desura's system would have been smart enough to give those who had paid already a CD key from the pool (which it hasn't. We are really sorry for this incovenience. I will PM you.
Thank you!
The alpha build you are playing is about 4 months old. We are working very hard to release the final version soon. If the AI gets stuck in the pits in the new version they respawn correctly and no longer get stuck. The latest version has tons of improvements, remember you were playing a version that was in early development still. It is much better now :)
While the game has a similar camera angle and takes place in racing arenas, this game is far more advanced than Super Offroad, has 3 more game modes, and most importantly, has awesome monster trucks!
That is very strange, never had any problems like that before.
The A and D keys will be enabled, and Xbox controller support in the next release.
If the Enter button doesn't work either in your case I'm not sure what else to suggest.
I will ask some questions on the Unity3D forums if anybody has had these same issues.
Sorry about this!
Hi Jordzan,
You need to use the left and right arrow keys on your keyboard to navigate, and press enter to select your truck. We have added improved controller and keyboard support throughout the game and will be releasing an updated demo in the coming weeks.
Please let us know if you still have any problems.
Yep! And they always take a lot longer than you think lol :)
Hi Gimpy, I'm sure that can be arranged :)
The free demo is now available Jamie :)
Haha no worries, sorry about that. Perhaps I should make it more clear that this is an alpha funding preview :)
Looks really good. Keep up the good work.
Thanks, downloading now :)
I emailed your bugs address, no reply.
There is no Miasma folder under Saved Games. It probably crashes before that.
I'm using Win7 64-bit
Hi Jamie, thanks for the interest. Right now the game is in the Alpha funding stage. So if you'd like early access to the alpha/beta you can pre-order the game to receive immediate access to a playable alpha demo.
When the game is released it will have a similar demo that can be played and downloaded for free.
Hi Darkstar, each track is custom built, textured and optimised independently.
A track designer is quite a large undertaking, this game won't have one though.
To elaborate, multiplayer can have a minimum of 2 players, and a maximum of 4 players.
Hi Acid, thanks for the interest. you can get away with a DirectX 9 compatible video card and a regular intel Core 2 Duo or newer CPU. There are 4 graphics settings so if it runs really slowly you can lower the graphics settings.
Thanks for the feedback. I got a UI artist to do 3 different sprite sheets for me. So it is no free grunge font :)
The project budget was very limited, all out of my own pocket, so I had to make do with what I could regarding art and assets.
There will always be 4 cars on the track. Although in multiplayer there may be only two players.
When the game is released there will be a free demo, where you can play one track in the sand during the day.
To unlock the other 5 tracks, night racing, in mud and snow, and to play multiplayer, you will need to buy the full version.
Games cost a lot of time and money to make atsebak, and with your support we can continue to create great games.
Demo?
+1
I'm not paying that sort of cash for a game without a demo.
How do I change the resolution in the demo?
It's hard to buy a game if it doesn't let me set the resolution.
The demo crashes for me, anybody know what the issue is?
Find an engine that works for you. Unity3D is the one I use and it's great for beginners and you can make your game for multiple platforms. They have a free version too.
